MBE is happy to announce we will be hosting our Annual Fall Carnival & Auction

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2025 FROM 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

We need YOUR support!

This event includes a carnival, auction, vendor booths, food, and family fun!  This is one of the most important fundraisers our school hosts for our students and community as it provides items/experiences for our school that are not included in the school budget, including, but not limited to:
• Chrome Books
• New chairs for teachers
• Painting of new entryway
• Refurbishing the athletic track
• Shade structures for playgrounds
• Sound/light system for cafetorium
• Special programs & events for MBE
• Teacher First Aid training, Movie Licensing, Specials Teachers budget


We are extremely grateful for local businesses and families that sponsor our event, provide auction items, and/or set up vendor booths at our carnival!

To show our appreciation for your generosity, donors will receive special benefits and/or recognition before and during the event.  Maplebrook PTO is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) organization; your donations may be tax deductible, and a verification letter is available upon request.

 

For your convenience, a breakdown of sponsorship and donation levels and the corresponding benefits, as well as the requisite forms, are attached.  In addition, Maplebrook PTO will gladly pick up your donation and/or forms – please contact us to make arrangements.
