Vendor or informational booths are available, but space is limited! Booth reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces will also be limited to ONE vendor or vendor group per specific company to eliminate competition at the event. You will be contacted and refunded your booth fee if another vendor of the same company has already registered.  

 

COST: $35 + auction item   We kindly ask vendors to donate an item or basket valued at least $25 for auction. 

Booth fee includes one 8-ft table and two chairs. Vendors may bring own canopy or tent, if desired, but it must fit within the booth space and must be weighted down. Advertising for your booth prior to the carnival is provided by PTO if information is received by October 31, 2025.

 

*Please note all vendors will need to provide their own cellular data service if taking credit card payments. 

*If there is inclement weather, vendor booths will be moved to inside the school.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to allow any demonstration booths (e.g. gymnastics) due to Humble ISD Risk Management policies. These companies may still have an informational booth, however.
